FEES AND TARIFFS

Businesses may now apply at the NLC service windows for a new license or permit, or for modification or term extension of their existing licenses by paying 100 (one hundred) lek administrative fee. 

Administrative fee payment can also be certified at local post offices for the case of submission of an application by mail with delivery notification.

For the case of group 3 licenses and permits, sectoral law may require payment of a tariff to the competent line ministry or ministries involved in the licensing/permitting process. Proof of payment must be supplied to the NLC at the time of license or permit issuance.
